Body, martial arts and disciplinary society
Abstract
Through this work it was sought to arrive at the ways of cultural management of the body in martial arts academies, on the other hand, it was investigated whether this handling of the body produced or transmitted new visions of body and mind to people, different from the ones they had when they entered practise martial arts. They sought to find a relationship between the handling of the body in martial art and possible values morals that were transmitted through this management of the body to practitioners resulting in a restructuring of the moral values of these individuals.
