Abstract

Daily physical activity and performing strength training exercises are an effective method to improve the ability to generate
muscle strength, increasing bone mass, the area transverse muscle and connective tissue; reducing the blood pressure, body fat and reducing risk of suffering from chronic non-communicable diseases (e.g., cardio-coronary disease, obesity, diabetes mellitus,
osteoporosis) (Pollock, et al, 1996; Hass et al, 2001; Fleck et al, 1988).
