The podcast "women, gender and sport" seeks to identify and highlight the difficulties experienced by two students from the University of Cundinamarca from two perspectives in the world of high performance football, since a student is a professional footballer, and its counterpart is technical director with long experience in training athletes, as well through their lived experiences. Topics such as the role of women in sports, the stereotypes that society has about their immersion in this field and the path they have had to travel to achieve high performance are addressed. For the podcast was used the method of semi-structured interview, according to Tejero (2021) the semi-structured interview gathers data thanks to open questions that are asked to the interviewees.
And from a qualitative approach, it was allowed to analyze this content to obtain more descriptive results, since qualitative research allows to report objectively, clarity and precision about what interviewers observe from their perception in society and the experiences of interviewees (Monje, 2011). Among the main findings, there are answers that from different perspectives are related or disagree with what has been said by authors who have investigated in depth the topics mentioned above, In conclusion, the interviewees' perception of the rupture of stereotypes through the visualization of their experiences in the path of high performance, as the problems identified were analyzed.
