Abstract

The antecedents show with diaphanous clarity that the E.F.D. currently base their work on technical and instrumental aspects, focused on the purpose of reaching high levels of motor development and sports performance. These actions are based on the beliefs and convictions that assume the scene of the
school as a skills training space, skills and physical qualities that “the athlete must build from the future". An athlete for whom the most important is sports success, no matter what I owe do to achieve it. In these perspectives it is not assumed sports training as an educational process, which empower your practitioners with intentional spaces of citizenship education: social coexistence, recognition of the other, respect or tolerance.
