Abstract

Ultimate Frisbee is a sport that has been growing around the world, it is already established in 54 countries. According to the World Flying Disc Federation 2012 (WFDF) it organizes different tournaments in which around 35 countries participate. The United States, Australia, Canada and Japan stand out for their competitive level. These events have the participation of adolescents and adults, men and women in modalities such as female, male and mixed
