The line of work by which this research was prefixed was in correspondence with the Study Center for Rural Agrarian Development (CEDAR) and the Faculty of Physical Culture of Mayabeque of the Agrarian University of Havana. The general objective for the fulfillment of the research was aimed at proposing a system of psychoeducational workshops that, based on participatory body work, allows stimulating and guiding actions to improve the quality of life and in the Elderly. Among the methods and techniques used in the research were found: methods such as historical-logical analysis, analysis and synthesis and induction and deduction, are also in the analysis of documents and the consultation of specialists, within the techniques used we have, the interviews and the triangulation procedure. As a result, a system of psychoeducational workshops was obtained from participatory body work that allowed the multilateral stimulation of development-shaping skills, a systemic relationship that directly influenced the development of the quality of life of the elderly.
