For this edition we have some editorial reflections on the training of the collaborators related to the training in mentoring tools, with a contribution of the generic competences reviewed from the BUAP, this concatenated with the strategies for the leadership as it is the use of technological tools, mentioning quality management, administrative audit, financial risk analysis in the health sector and commercial strategies, accompanied by tools for socio-economic aspects and public space
