Vol. 12 No. 1 (2025)En este número se presentan investigaciones orientadas a la gestión educativa, empresarial y pública desde perspectivas innovadoras. Se examina la confianza estudiantil en las instituciones de educación superior, identificando sus niveles hacia pares, profesores y autoridades, y analizando los retos que implica su fortalecimiento en contextos sociales complejos. También se evalúan las habilidades blandas en estudiantes emprendedores de educación virtual en Cartagena de Indias, resaltando su papel clave en la formación integral y en la preparación para el entorno laboral. En el ámbito empresarial, se explora la relación entre la responsabilidad social empresarial y la lealtad de visita en un centro comercial de Bogotá, evidenciando cómo la percepción positiva de la RSE incide en la fidelización de los consumidores. Asimismo, se realiza una revisión bibliográfica sobre el marketing digital en las Pymes colombianas, destacando estrategias y herramientas tecnológicas que fortalecen su competitividad en el mercado. Finalmente, se analizan las percepciones de las habilidades directivas en el sector público en Veracruz, subrayando la necesidad de fortalecer competencias clave más allá del liderazgo para mejorar la gestión y legitimidad institucional.

Vol. 11 No. 2 (2024)En este número se abordan temáticas diversas vinculadas con el desarrollo organizacional, la educación y el bienestar personal. Se presenta un estudio sobre la medición y evaluación del compromiso organizacional en empleados mexicanos, analizando su relación con variables sociolaborales y proponiendo parámetros confiables para el diagnóstico en las organizaciones. Asimismo, se examina la participación de las mujeres en el sector fitness en Colima, México, destacando las tendencias de servicios que gestionan y las condiciones laborales que enfrentan. Por otro lado, se ofrece un análisis bibliométrico de las publicaciones sobre derecho y desarrollo local, revelando patrones de colaboración académica y temas emergentes en la investigación. También se incluye un diagnóstico institucional orientado a la profesionalización y habilitación docente en educación superior, identificando intereses, limitaciones y oportunidades en la formación de posgrado. Finalmente, se reflexiona sobre la gestión del tiempo a partir de una revisión bibliográfica, resaltando cinco aspectos clave que permiten alcanzar un equilibrio entre la vida personal y profesional, potenciando la productividad y el bienestar.

Vol. 11 No. 1 (2024)En este numero de aborda la planeación financiera se presenta como una herramienta universal relacionada con el desempeño financiero, especialmente en empresas que operan de manera empírica. La correcta aplicación de esta herramienta tiene una influencia directa en el rendimiento financiero de las organizaciones. Asimismo, se explora el análisis de riesgos laborales en el proceso de limpieza pública de un municipio en Veracruz, México, utilizando la metodología IPERC, que permite un acercamiento integral a los problemas que enfrentan los trabajadores en este sector. Por otro lado, se propone un modelo de operación por procesos para mejorar la competitividad en despachos de contabilidad, destacando cómo su correcta implementación puede incrementar la eficiencia y competitividad de la empresa. Finalmente, se discuten los elementos claves para el éxito de las transformaciones organizacionales , calculando en el Modelo de los 10 elementos, proporcionando una perspectiva teórica sobre los factores que impulsan dichos cambios.

Vol. 10 No. 2 (2023)En este número se aborda la caracterización del clima organizacional y el bienestar laboral de los asesores comerciales de Ktronix, enfocándose en la percepción del bienestar y del ambiente organizacional. Además, se presenta un análisis financiero integral de una empresa cultivadora de palma africana en Colombia, un artículo inédito que ofrece una herramienta valiosa para analistas y empresarios al evaluar la competitividad del sector. Otro tema destacado es la percepción del clima social en la Vereda Santa Bárbara, Bojacá, Cundinamarca, un área con potencial para el turismo agroambiental que fomenta la interacción social y la acción comunitaria en la zona rural. Asimismo, se explora la educación financiera como aporte al bienestar de las vendedoras informales en el centro de Soacha, abordando la importancia de esta educación para mejorar sus condiciones de vida. Finalmente, se analiza la (des)globalización, la complejidad y la incertidumbre, enfocándose en la gestión empresarial ambidiestra, con énfasis en crisis como la de las hipotecas subprime, la pandemia de COVID-19 y el conflicto en Ucrania.

Vol. 10 No. 1 (2023)En esta nueva edición, la editorial presenta un estudio sobre la importancia y el impacto de la capacitación en herramientas digitales para las MiPymes en Xicotepec, analizando su aplicación y efectos. También se exploran los factores que influyen en la motivación de los empleados desde la perspectiva de la responsabilidad social corporativa, extendida a las partes interesadas. Otros temas incluyen los elementos que generan éxito empresarial en jóvenes emprendedores universitarios de Colombia, con un enfoque en las variables que contribuyen a dicho éxito y cómo estas se interrelacionan. Se presentan asimismo los factores relacionados con la creación de emprendimientos económicos entre la población joven de Medellín (2016-2021), junto con iniciativas para fomentar el emprendimiento juvenil y fortalecer el tejido empresarial local. Finalmente, se discuten políticas públicas orientadas a cerrar las brechas tecnológicas intergeneracionales en líderes de acción comunal, evidenciando el rezago tecnológico actual.
