The organizations have been concerned to develop strategies for the motivation of employees always looking for the productivity of them expressed in an organizational growth through a human dignification of the collaborator in their business environment. However, in the areas of human management they have devoted themselves in history to only evaluating performance and not managing it. For this it is important to design a practice that seeks to manage performance adequately, which achieves benefits for both the company and the employee, based on planning, monitoring, measurement, feedback and improvement or sustainability plan.
